Hosted by boat owners Chris and Melissa Fischer, and featuring "Go Fisch" skipper, Captain Brett McBride and gourmet chef Carlos Cham, the team journeys to exotic destinations and locales, fishing, freediving, surfing, and exploring the cities, towns, villages, and countryside of the areas they visit.

Chef Traylor provides creative, delicious gourmet meals utilizing the day's catch in the "Gourmet Galley" cooking segment in each episode.
